How it works
Signing up for a trip
We plan a handful of trips and experiences every six months. On this page you'll find everything on the calendar for the next six months.
1. Register your interest
Found something you want to join? Sign up to register your interest, no payment yet. Only sign up if you're genuinely serious about coming, and don't wait too long: spots are limited and often fill up fast.*
2. We confirm the trip
Once enough members have signed up, or on the sign-up deadline (whichever comes first) we confirm the trip is happening and send a deposit link to everyone who registered.
3. Pay the deposit
After confirmation, you pay a deposit of 25% of the total trip cost. The remaining balance is due before the trip departs.
4. Final details
Once your deposit is in, we lock everything in: exact accommodation, schedule, etc. and share it all with you well before the trip.
* Be aware: Applying is committing. When applications close, your spot is confirmed and you're obligated to pay the deposit (25% of the total). Withdrawals are only possible before the deadline.
Please note: flight tickets and personal travel costs are not included unless stated otherwise. Read the trip details carefully before signing up.
